Please get an endoscopy done, both laryngoscopy and gi endoscopy. If narrowing is present, dilatation can be done by gastroenterologist. Sometimes esophagitis can also cause swallowing difficulty or fungal infection post treatment can also cause dysphagia. You need to know the cause to treat it correctly. You can inhale steam to relieve swelling. Usually four to six weeks post treatment side effects fade off and situation is better.

When did you finish your chemo radiation cycles? assuming that you are getting intense pain in throat, at present, I shall only advise you to gargle with a warm solution of chamomile tea, lemon and honey, three times daily. Along with, you can also try warm saline gargling, with a pinch of fresh turmeric/ salt added to warm water.
