first of all smoking is injurious you might be knowing! kindly do usg neck to see for lymph node and x ray neck to rule out spondylosis.
If you r a computer user, mobile user= continous stretch on certain neck muscles will cause such problem, increased by the sniffing action of cigarette smoking anyways pal do not smoke would be my friendly advice.
