Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Please do not panic or do not worry. You are on the verge of voice change due to your adolescent hormonal changes. the voice continues to change from the age of 14 to the age of 20 or 21. This depends on many things. Therefore, your actual adult voice will be seen only around the age of 21. Please wait and watch. Take care.

The best and the most common home remedy for tonsillitis is to gargle with warm salt water. The warm water will have a soothing effect and the salt will help kill the virus or bacteria. Plus, salt helps reduce inflammation, giving you instant relief.
Mix one teaspoon of table salt in a cup of warm water.
Gargle with the solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling.
Repeat this as often as possible for speedy recovery.
