You should go and meet with a singing tutor who will train you to develop this voice if it is possible. If the vocal cords are already set, there may be a problem but the expert is the tutor and s/he will guide you better.

Hello lybrate-user,
Pain in throat along with change in voice with history of prolonged speaking may be due to overuse of your voice producing structures called Vocal cords.
Avoiding cold stuff & Gargling won't be enough for your traetment.
You may require to take voice rest along with steam Inhalation, Gargling with salt water thrice daily.
You may need voice therapy training to avoid further damage to your vocal cords.

Dear user. thanks for the question. Changing the Way You Talk. Figure out what you sound like. If you want to change your voice to make it sound either higher or deeper, start by recording yourself so you'll know what approach to take. Use a recording device to capture the sound of your voice talking quietly, talking loudly, and singing. Voice therapy can work too. Take care

HI lybrate-user. Didn't understand your query. And endoscopy is just to investigation and not a treatment.
So better consult with reports for homoeopathic treatment.
