Good evening
your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection. U have to take plenty of water, don't  eat a lot of acidic fruit, such as oranges, lemons or limes or beverage like coffee or tea during the infection. They can irritate your bladder. strawberry and grape can be take do a urine routine test tomorrow itself. If pus cells are there you need antibiotics.
