Very little chance. Angiogram, ECG echo can detect what has already occurred, they cannot predict the future. Cholesterol measurement is advised for prediction, but is almost worthless. Don't rely on check ups, focus on healthy lifestyle. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than restricted diet. Some mild or moderate exercise.
