Drink warm water instead of cold.
Do some or the other activity for 30 minutes everyday. Gym/jog/swim/play a sport/ dance /yoga anything.
Never over eat, do not eat when you are not really hungry. Ask yourself twice before eating if your body needs it. (don't ask your tongue ;))
