Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

Hello, You should not have started enshine cream in the first place. No dermatologist would ever suggest you that for so long use as its a potent steroid and though you may get fairness but it is very harmful to skin. You should stop it immediately and wait for the side effects to reduce on it own. During this time a good moisturizer and sunscreen is all you need. Consult a dermatologist who would taper the steroid cream s you have used it for very long time.
