Sorry to say sir. But ceragem may worsen the condition by applying pressure on the back. Kindly reffer a physiotherapist if its grade 1 or 2 listhesis or else an orthopaedic if its grade 3.
Kindly don't experiment with alternate therapies, they are never 100%safe.

your breast size/shape is gods gift. N medicines will not help you much.
My suggestion is accept your body as it is and if you want to do something. Eat healthy and exercise. If you r healthy you will have a better married life.
Consider using sports bra during exercise.
For cracked nipples you may use vaseline to keep the area moisturised.
U may visit a surgeon to get breast augmentation/ reduction.
