Hi, Lack of hunger can be due to the rising heat and external temperatures. Just keep yourself well hydrated if you don't have appetite for food then have Milkshakes, Juices, Fruits, Coconut water, Lassi etc. Have fresh cut cucumber and carrot. Have light meals like Curd Rice or Dal khichadi. Have an Orange with black salt before starting a meal.

Dear lybrate-user, there is nothing to worry about. At this age, our body is constantly regenerating, growing at a rapid rate which does require energy. So we burn calories at a faster rate.
But please keep these point in mind.
Do not consume empty calories like cold drinks, bread, noodles, pasta,jam etc as these things give instant energy boost but effect quickly fades away and we become hungry again.
Drink ors in warm water in the morning. You will feel immediate effect.

Take smaller meals. Avoid food with high fat content. Take balanced diet and prioritize green leafy vegetables. Take food 2 hours before going to bed. Engage in physical activity regularly (at least half an hour daily). Get and ecg done.
