Hi dear friend.
I noted down your history. Here are the few points I would like to add from my side.
1) your pulse rate was/is high because your hb was/is low. 2) now as it is better than before but still you should take some supplements for vitamin b12 as well. 3) consume diet rich in iron like spinach, beetroot, dryfruits, eggs etc.
4) if all the above is corrected and still pulse is high then need to see for other issues like anxiety.
Thanks and regards.

Yes you can do yoga and exercise, but your body needs a short period of time to get normal after an abortion. And yes homeopathy can help you. I have seen many cases of infertility, pcod, pcos, hormonal imbalance, pms uterine disorders leucorrhoa, menstrual disorders and got success in 70% of cases. And one more thing I have seen many patients who started to have recurrent attacks of tonsillitis after partution got tremendous results in those cases too.

pushups
this one may seem basic, but there’s no denying that pushups are one of the best ways to strengthen the pectoral muscles. These can be done on the knees or toes. If you’re not ready for full pushups, start with your hands resting on a solid surface higher than your feet — like a very sturdy coffee table or the edge of a couch, cushions removed, that’s pressed up against a wall — and start on the toes.
