You just need to quit smoking because it is harmful even when you smoke one cigarette. Just because you do not have a problem as yet, it does not mean that smoking is alright. - do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid dust, smoke, cold fluids including aerated drinks - have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup
