It's really appreciable that you are keen to get rid of your addiction. Few home remedies to make it easier are as follows-
# consumption of oranges, blueberries , pineapple and grapefruits.
# Drink chamomile tea .
# chew basil leaves.
# you can chew a piece of cinnamon whenever you crave for a butt.
And large doses of will power along with these.
Apart from these for effective herbal medicines you can consult me .

1. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily
2. Take throat lozenges,
3. Drink warm/cold fluid to ease pain
4. Have smooth/semi solid food,
5. Take adequate rest 6. Take a full course of antibiotic for 10 days after consulting ent specialist (to avoid recurrence),
7. Take analgesic like paracetamol/ibuprufen for throat pain
8. If recurrent symptoms causing upper air way obstruction/difficulty in swallowing, surgery- is indicated

Take bland diet, Avoid spicy food., drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting and taking junk food Don’t skip your breakfast.
