The effect lasts for 6 months. Unless you wanted to have continuous protection for tetanus, you do not require repeat injections. Only when there is an injury or cut in your skin you will need to protect yourself. But for some reason if you wanted to have life long protection, approach your local doctor for giving it as a regime

I do not think so. A single shot of tt helps for upto 5 years. Keep the wound clean and dry. Lookout for any purulent discharge.

Scientifically speaking you require TT injection now. If you cannot take it then you need not much worry because nothing can be gained by worry. See that your finger doesnot get infected by maintaing the cleanliness and hygiene of the finger meticulously. Any pain, swelling, pus in the area come back in private consult for medical treatment
