One testicle is often slightly larger than the other. This is usually normal and nothing to worry about. However, if you notice that one testicle has enlarged (in recent days) you should ask your doctor to check it.

Normally, the 2 testicles are NOT perfectly equal in size. One scrotal sac usually hangs down a bit more than the other even in normal people. If you want to make sure that you don't have a problem, consult a doctor in person.
