To diagnose testicular cancer you should meet Oncologist he would perform few investigations including tumour Markers such as AFP level and other tests. Its difficult to say about the diagnosis without proper examinations and MRI head may be required to diagnose why you suffered these symptoms. So be relaxed first and meet a good oncologist.

Symptoms of Hypothyroidism
Fatigue.
Weakness.
Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight.
Coarse, dry hair.
Dry, rough pale skin.
Hair loss.
Cold intolerance (you can't tolerate cold temperatures like those around you)
Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches.

It is due to the over inflammation of tongue so we cannot get back the lost ones so it should go on just like that.
