Hello-
testicular pain is a very serious medical issue. If you experience sharp testicular pain, visit a doctor to determine whether the pain is caused by torsion, a serious, medical emergency requiring immediate surgery. Occasional testicular pain or soreness is often caused by sexual exhaustion, a side effect of over masturbation. Occasional testicular discomforts occurr typically during sexual activities or within two hours of an ejaculation.
