I think you have strained your groin while playing due to excessive stress on the joint. U need to stop playing and give rest until the subsides completely. Put ice on the painful area ,take analgesics orally or apply gel for pain relief. Take proper diet rich in protein and vitamins to enhance recovery. Cancer that starts in the testicles is called testicular cancer. Testicular cancer is more commonly seen in men who are from 25 to 40 years of age. It is generally of two major types.
Seminomatous: These are less aggressive and respond very well to chemotherapy and radiation therapy
