PSA is a tumour marker test and is used for prognosis only and as of now 0.522 is considered to be safe.

you must be suffering from ingunal hernea. By examination only we can say if it requres corrective measure or it can be managed by conservative method. If it is more sometime it will give rise to shooting pain and become life threatning due to development og gangrene. Therefore examination is a must.

Hi doing job since last five years. I don't have any symptom of cancer but I'm fear about it's dangerous effect on us. Now-a-days it's becoming family decease. I am very much conscious about the decease. In family we didn't have anyone who suffered from cancer, neither on mother side nor from father side. As a chemical engineer have to work in such environment few of them (chemicals) tends to have carcinogenic in character. I still don't have any symptoms to cancer. To make sure is there any test that tells me about the tendency of cancer in future or not? Also please give details about the appointment in Kolkata if any. Thank you.

No there is no one test that can detect all types of cancer in body. But based on your age and chemical exposures, a few tests can be done to evaluate for common cancers.

Dear user. Scrotum swelling could be Epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. A hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. An inguinal hernia. I suggest physicial examination for diagnosis. Take care.
