you must be suffering from ingunal hernea. By examination only we can say if it requres corrective measure or it can be managed by conservative method. If it is more sometime it will give rise to shooting pain and become life threatning due to development og gangrene. Therefore examination is a must.

No there is no one test that can detect all types of cancer in body. But based on your age and chemical exposures, a few tests can be done to evaluate for common cancers.

Dear user. Scrotum swelling could be Epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. A hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. An inguinal hernia. I suggest physicial examination for diagnosis. Take care.
