I've terminated my pregnancy. By looking in scan 20% of blood clots are remaining so doctor gave misoprostol 200 mcg but im not bleed upto now inhave took 5 tabs. So my question is without bleeding how that remaining was cleared?

The clots may have been discharged but even if they have not been discharged, just wait for the next periods. Immediately after termination if you get usg done, it may not present an accurate picture. Always advisable to wait for the next periods to come. Unless there are symptoms like continued bleeding or pain.

Took the morning after pill and forgot about everything. I had missed my period and after the 10th day of missed period, I took the hcg test which came out positive thus I was 4 weeks pregnant. I opted for the abortion pills and as recommended by the pharmacist, I took 2 misoprostol (breeky) orally and 2 vaginally (each 200 mg). After 5 hours, I started to experience pain and started to bleed. Faced dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, pain, and cramps. After 24 hours, the bleeding began to increase and I started to pass clots. Now it is the third day and the bleeding is still heavy and I am passing medium sized clots with mild to severe pain. Taking paracetamol for headache and pain relief. As I have provided the complete detail, is it normal to pass clots at this stage? Is it okay to have heavy bleeding? (using 3-4 pads in 24 hours) when will the bleeding slow down? And when will the pain go away? What diet should I take and what should I avoid eating? Moreover, is there any chance of incomplete abortion? I did everything that I was instructed. I am eating figs, dates, walnuts, almonds, a cup of hot milk, and iron supplements along with daily food to preserve energy. Kindly tell me what should I do, when will it stop if it has already been 3 days, and when can I start exercising? I'm feeling miserable and energy-drained!

Hi I took termipil kit and once after 1st tablet I took 2tabs after 24 hrs and it's started bleeding. After this 2nd set tablets I took in next 6 hours, and after that in the second day I don't have much flow so how can I know that it's cleared or not? Please suggest me something.

Definitely it can be only found through ultrasound. If not possible to do that, repeat the urine pregnancy test. Even if it is weakly positive, it is not cleared.

If excessive bleeding continues, it is better to get a scan done to exclude the possibility of incomplete abortion.

Pregnancy nikalne ki dava khaneke baad 15 din pe sonography karvana jaruri hai jisme barabar asar hui hai ki nahi vo malum padta hai.
Agar bleeding jyada hai to gynecologist ko dikha do.

Halo Dr. I went to a Dr. and gave me an injection but idont know what it is and misoprostol pills of different kind and I started bleeding and cramping after 4 hours 10 hours later the cramping is much lighter and bleeding is lighter but I have not seen the embryo sac how do I make sure the pregnancy terminated iv seen clots of black blood.

medical termination of pregnancy should be strictly done under direct doctor supervision so now that she is bleeding please do an ultrasound scan as soon as possible to rule out retained products of conception
