Do iceing for 10 min after that do some strengthening exercises for your extensors muscle of your forearm. And use tennis elbow brace which is suport your forearm muscle and minimise the pain .you will get this brace from online or medical store.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment.
2. Wear elbow support.
3. Don't lift heavy things.
4. Apply volini cream before sleeping.
5. Do Hot fermentation twice a day.
6. Take calcium, vitamin D 3, Omega 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum

Good evening
To check whether you have a tennis elbow, just keep your elbow half bend facing your Palm down. Try to raise your ring finger while giving resistance with another hand to same finger to avoid that movement. If you feel sever pain in lateral side of your elbow, it's positive sign of tennis elbow.

like gripping exercise., elbow rotation, flexon and extension.
it will cure.
