peyronie's disease is characterized by an extreme curving of the erect penis caused by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that has developed under the skin. The plaque that is formed by the thickened layers of penile soft tissue is non-cancerous, but this condition can be painful and make sexual intercourse quite difficult.

If you are not experiencing any pain or discomfort during masturbation or sex, it is unlikely that this curvature is a problem. However, if you ever experience pain, difficulty with urination, or any other concerning symptoms, it would be advisable to consult a sexologist for further evaluation.

It depends on what grade of power you had in your right upper and lower limb post stroke. If you had grade 1, chances of improvement are grim and if grade 4 then excellent chances, in between grades have intermediate recovery.
Time of recovery also depends on power grade, can vary from 2 months to a year.
