TMJ disorder can be cured in a few weeks to months. But sometimes it can take years to be cured. You can do a few exercises as a remedy. The most possible way out is
1. Be stressfree. Do meditation
2. Icing of the affected area
3. Warm towels over the affected area
4. Place the tip of your tongue on the palate. Open your mouth as wide as you comfortably can, and hold for 5-10 seconds.
