You must visit nearby clinic for permanent solution and get a dental xray done or just send me the picture of the painful teeth so that better opinion about remedy could be provided. You can use my code sg38f5 for the same or any further discussion. Take some otc analgesic for temporary relief. Do not make biting from the one ...more

Pain that aggravates in the night and interferes with the sleep are indications of pulpitis. It is a condition where the pulp layer of a tooth gets inflamed which is most commonly due to bacterial infection (decay/ caries). Sometimes the externally sound tooth structure may also have an inner decay.
If the pain is continuous or even in the absence of stimulus than it may be irreversible pulpitis. You must get dental xray done for a better opinion about any procedure required.

Might not need antibiotics if there is no fever or swelling. You might just need to get it treated at the earliest. Contact your nearby dentist by phone before starting a dose of antibiotics.

Try to keep the area clean with twice a day brushing, gargles and keep over the counter painkillers for pain. Consult nearby dentist who will prescribe medication on phone if required.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.
