Hello, even after the filling if that tooth is paining it simply mean that weather some decay is still present below the filling which need to be cleaned and restored or that tooth might need a root canal treatment.
And if the pain is in that particular region than get your adjacent teeth examined may be some other tooth have a cavity.

Advice deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel. For pain in the tooth undergo root canal treatment.

If you have a cavity towards the back of your mouth, you may experience some jaw pain after filling because of the fact your mouth was held open for an extended period so the dentist could work on the affected area.
