Medication, cleaning, root canal treatment or surgical removal procedures for the gum mucosa above the tooth or the tooth itself. Until then apply clove oil. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

Milk teeth broken 6 months ago is the reason why adult teeth are not erupted due to be bone formation above adult teeth. It become little hard to erupt for adult teeth. I think you should wait for 6 months whether its erupting or not. If not then x ray is to be done for missing teeth to know the exact cause.
