Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

Quit habits strictly. The treatment modalities include change of lifestyle factors such as tobacco and alcohol intake.
Medication with carotenoids, vitamin c, e, natural agents (green tea) & non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents.

the reason for your yellow teeth can be deposits on the teeth for which you should get scaling (teeth cleaning) done by a dentist. If the stains are intrinsic then you might have to go for bleaching.
