Hey there, this is harmful for teeth as the charcoal acts as abrasive and acts by removing the top layer of your teeth.
Offcourse it will show effects but with regular use you can develop tooth sensitivity.
Instead go in for scaling followed regular dental visits and make it a habit to brush twice daily specially at night.

Hello oil pulling is a old method of keeping your teeth clean and dirt free. Its is good but you need to bear the taste of oil and swish with oil for a while. Better go for cosmetic advice from your dentist which is more human friendly. Hope this helps for further queries use code tb0604

Scaling doesn't harm your tooth. It just vibrates and removes calculus and stains deposited on the surface of your teeth. If you don't have calculus and more of stains then you can go for professional bleaching of teeth. But you may have to undergo scaling if calculus is present before bleaching. Without consulting a dentist you may sometimes do more harm to teeth or gums. So its better to go for professional bleaching of your teeth. This may provide you very predictable results just in an hour ...more

Charcoal powder is not for teeth whitening. Dont try it. If things get wrong then you may loose your hardest and white material of the teeth i.e. enamel.
