Brush atlst twice daily,,at night brush with baking soda and rinse ur mouth with lemon juice,,,apply lemon to ur teeth,,use mouthwash having hydrogen peroxide but don't swallow it,,,chew few leaves of basil in the morning,,chew few leaves of neem at night,,avoid excessive tea,coffee,, tobacco

Use any reputed brand toothpaste,,one thing u need to know about toothpaste and health of ur teeth,, toothpaste have only one role and that is maintain of enamel by fluoride present in the toothpaste,, otherwise i hasn't got any role,,it's the toothbrush that matters,,brush daily twice,,brush at night with baking soda,,avoid chewing tobacco,, avoid sugary drinks,,take as less as coffee or tea,,it is most important

First of all quit smoking and chewing habit, brush atlst twice daily, at night brush with baking soda and rinse your mouth with lemon water, rub a slice of lemon into your teeth daily, use mouthwash having hydrogen peroxide but don't swallow it, use whitening toothpaste, visit a dentist you may need bleach for this purpose.
