she might have seen some swelling on your gums ... and that would need medications to subside .. and plus tooth is shaking ,,,... so there might be pus below .. so that it shakes less ..when cleaning procedure is done .. for you ...

You can use Homoeopathic toothpaste heclalava by wheezal.
Massage your gums with turmeric and salt twice daily.
Take vitamin C supplement.

Hi it appears to be a carious tooth. Any carious tooth which causes pain is most likely has deep caries. In most of the cases after making x ray, it is confirmed whether to go for simple filling or root canal treatment. So please visit a dentist near you and get one x ray done first and then go ahead with treatment. If you already have x ray with you, upload the image for better trestment plan.

Metal dental restorations like metal dental crowns and metal amalgam fillings, can interfere with imaging, especially MRI. Better go for metal free restorations like zirconia crowns.

Yes ear pain can happen because of wisdom tooth but it's not necessary. Given your history of wisdom tooth pain, it is possible. Yes you can & you should definitely remove your wisdom tooth if it's giving you problem. There will some post operative pain & discomfort for few days after which you will be fine.

Reduced mouth opening can have many reasons. But the most common reason when you are associated with burning from spicy food is due to oral submucous fibrosis this is a condition occured due to tobacco and or supari chewing. This creates formation of fibrous band deposits over the cheek. Which in time reduced mouth opening and causes pain if you try to open mouth wide.

Dear lybrate-user you need to visit your dentist for proper evaluation. your dentist will need an x-ray of the tooth to evaluate its actual status and then it can be established whether the tooth needs to undergo for root canal treatment before restoring your tooth or the broken structure can be created without undergoing root canal treatment.

If it's not having any symptoms you can leave it. But please visit a dentist. As he may later in life regret not to get front tooth treated as this tooth is of utmost importance. To aesthetics as he grows up and it ight create inferior image within him looking at the social circle he's into.
