If tartar presence is confirmed, it requires professional scaling by a dentist. It cannot be removed with the toothbrush. If you want to prevent tartar formation, make sure your brush reach the place where you see frequent tartar formation. Thus its formation can be prevented.

Hi.Brushing twice daily and floss once a day would keep your oral hygiene good way but scaling once a year would help keeping your gums healthy.So,get a scaling done and then follow proper hygiene.

Hey there, if the white lesions are present in the region of the crowns you got, then it can be due to friction of the crown with the cheek mucosa. Treatment will include removal of tye crowns only if the white lesions cause any pain, peel off or get red patches.
