Brush atlst twice daily,at night brush with baking soda paste and rinse ur mouth with lemon juice,,apply a lemon,,take 4-5 leaves of basil in the morning,,use mouth wash having hydrogen peroxide,,use apple cider vinegar,,take more fruits

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured food stuff.
