Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep and we should also rule out sinusitis as the cause

You certainly need an eye consultation. If you have recently suffered from fever, cold or sore throat, do consult an ENT doctor too. Long deep breathing, steam inhalation and drinking plenty of warm water will help.

There is an infection I your eyes due to which excess fluid is there. I am prescribing some medicines try that it will be helpfull to u.
1. Optacare eye drop 2 drops in both eyes
2. Triphala guggula 2 tab twice a day
3. Saptamruta loha 2 tab twice a day
4. Faltrikadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day.
5. Nagarasdi churna 1 tsp twice a day.
