Eyelid twitching is due to abnormal functioning of basal ganglia, a part of brain responsible for controlling the brain. Other eye conditions may cause twitching which includes blepharitis, dry eye and conjunctivitis. For dry eye you can try refresh liquigel 5 to 6 times regularly for few days and if you don't get relief, you should consult a neurologist. For watering you may use vigamox eye drops 5-6 times & if you don't get relief, you should consult ophthmologist.

Hi. The symptoms you are saying is a rare issue happening due to wrong innervation of nerves. Some times it may be since birth or in some cases after trauma to face & nerve supplying the salivary gland & tear duct do not heal in proper way thus after seeing food normally you should have salivation but your tear glands get stimulated & you have tearing. If it is too troublesome then you can visit maxillofacial surgeon and get denervation done. This is also called crocodile tears.

Watering is not due to pressure on eyes, your power of eye glasses might have changed so get your refraction done & if needed change your glass, Sometimes watering is also due mild infection, so you can use antibiotic eye drops 4-5 times for few days but you should use some lubricating eye drops 4-5 times regularly, if get no relief consult local ophthalmologist.
