Tearing Eyes Questions

Epiphora or excessivectearing in the eye can be due to blocked tear ducts or excessive production of years.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep and we should also rule out sinusitis as the cause

You certainly need an eye consultation. If you have recently suffered from fever, cold or sore throat, do consult an ENT doctor too. Long deep breathing, steam inhalation and drinking plenty of warm water will help.

1. Optacare eye drop 2 drops in both eyes
2. Triphala guggula 2 tab twice a day
3. Saptamruta loha 2 tab twice a day
4. Faltrikadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day.

Please check your Eye sight first and if not then wash your eyes with cold water every half hours.

Remedy is to wash eyes with triphala kwath.

For dry eyes. The best is. Apply some good quality pure cows ghee around you eyes .give it a gentle massage wih finger tips. 5 minutes and then dip a cloth in warm water and apply around the eyes. 4 or 5 times. firstly reading should be done sitting position not lying position.you can check your power glasses number .this may be the cause.
