Yes, Green tea from lipton , tetly is good to have since it is calorie free, rich in anti oxidants. It comes in variety of flavours too. But don't overconsume it as it also contains caffeine. You can safely drink 3-4 cups of green tea.

Dont only depend on products..walk or jogg daily...take oatmeal at breakfast..take 2 cucumber jst before taking the primary meal....take. Gourd,tomato,carrot and make them a juice take it early mrng...u need to check ur thyroid level also

If the issue that you are referring to is the intake of tea then I would like to inform you that Tea without sugar is not on the list of restricted items for intake in diabetic patients. Also, your sugars are uncontrolled so you need to seek advice for this!

Green tea is full of antioxidants and helps to reduce weight naturally. Green tea have so much other benefits than fat burning ability. Other than weight loss. Tea can be taken in the morning and not after food, at least not for 3 hours after taking food. Same for milk products in general.
