I have stones in my both kidneys. One stone of 9-10 mm is stuck in ureter. I have puss in urine sometimes and burning sensation while urinating (urine karta time jalan) please advise the treatment.

All left side. Kidney upper ureter 15. 3 mm calculus (hydrouretonephrosis, upper and lower calyx two calculus of 6 mm each. This is the second time I had stone. Can it be passed by dissolving using alkaston b6 & silosodin caps? Or homeopathy is a better option?

Most doctors recommend a partial surgery for cysts smaller than 4 cm, which removes the cyst but preserves as much of the remaining kidney as possible
