Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly.

Scarring may be because of tattoo itself. Anyway use contractubax cream as well as silicon gel sheet.
You can also take atreatment with another type of LASER like Fractional LASER.

Hello, Laser are a good option for tatoo removal. It is permanent but requires 6-8 sessions. The results depends on the kind of tatoo, the depth of ink, the colors of ink etc. Cost may vary from city, center and doctor but usually 2-5 thousand per session.

There is no harm by tattoo... But the instrument used in it can transfer infection... So if it is not infective then non-issue..

Hello, Laser tatoo removal is safe and effective. You may need 6-8 sessions depending on the type, the color and whether done by armature or professional. There may be some faint remnant. The cost depends on centers and kind of laser used may be between 1.5-5 thousand Per sitting.

Hello. For such a short time and for the dimensions of the tattoo which you have mentioned, definitely a surgical excision will be the best. Laser therapy will take longer time. The excision will give you complete results within 15 days. Cost depends on the place where you get it done. At your place it should not cost more than 8k.
