Yes you can, honey has same calories as of sugar or jaggery, but it has more therapeutic value.
Include boiled and mashed tapioca, sweet potato, potato, pumpkin with honey and jaggery.

Of course it is sir. Mostly due to stress it's recurrence is marked. In take of spicy foods and sharp foods that pierce our oral tissues during eating like non veg bones, crab etc or tapioca ships etc. Meet your dentist to rule out others and diagnose whats d real cause behind. How old is your daughter? From what you describe it looks like she is having intolerance to some food such as gluten or lactose. Try avoiding wheat, rye, barley products for a week and see if you see any difference. Rice, tapioca, flax seeds, quinoa, fruits and vegetables etc are gluten free and can be given.

Avoid tapioca jack fruit etc have juice of 3-4 indian gooseberry juice with turmeric powder after the break fast daily. Do exercise and yoga daily.
