For a healthy skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hello lybrate-user, kindly keep a check on your weight if you feel the tags are increasing in number as more weight more, hormonal changes, more pigmentation problems and skin tags/ it probably runs in your family. The only way to get rid of the already existing ones easily is by electrocautery.

To help remove a skin tag, apply 6 to 8 drops of a high-quality tea tree oil to a sterile cotton ball and secure to the skin with a bandage. Remove after 15 minutes. Do this three times a day until the skin tag falls off

Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.
