Skin complexion varies and is caused by the skin pigmentation known as melanin , produced by cells called melanocytes, which gives skin the colour. Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.

Hello, Tretin can help reduce freckles and also reduce formation of new frecles due to sun damage. But it may not be able to completely treat freckles, RF plasmapen and laser are other options for removal of freckles.
