Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.

Hello, Tretin can help reduce freckles and also reduce formation of new frecles due to sun damage. But it may not be able to completely treat freckles, RF plasmapen and laser are other options for removal of freckles.

Hello, Laser is the best treatment for freckles. Q Switch NdYag laser is ideal for pigmentation You may require 4-6 sessions. Make sure you protect your skin with sunscreen and creams suggested by the doctor. Cost varies from center to center and also on the machine used. Cost would be between 3-7 thousand per session.
