Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). You seem to have only a gastritis and all peoeple have this at some time in their life and all will not get cancer as you fear. You need to calm down and learn to relax your mind and avoid spicy foods and alcohol and live happily. Do not smoke also.
