Irregular periods ,acne ,excessive facial hair are symptoms of PCOS. (polycystic ovarian syndrome ).Get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out ovarian cyst. Get your fasting sugar and insulin checked. If you are overweight reduce your weight through diet and exercise.

Do urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. If it is positive then see your doctor and start medication immediately. If negative then wait for a week your menses should come. If no menses and no pregnancy then get usg done to rule out ovarian cyst.
