Repeat ultrasound after 3 months of previous one to see the size of cyst.
If pain in between, repeat ultrasound.

A follicle develops in each lady every month in the ovary. It ruptures in the middle of the cycle and releases egg. If by any reason it fails to rupture it becomes cyst.
It might rupture on its own in the next cycle. If not some medicines are required.

It can be a cyst, since you have pcod so go for an ultrasound for confirmation. If there is any chance of pregnancy confirm that as well.

If no symptom then not to worry about cyst ,but see endocrinologist for thyroid. Nd start eltrxin as per suggestion that can b cause of menorrhagia.

2.They secrete more androgen

Polycystic ovarian disease causes irregular menstrual cycles, excessive body or facial hair and polycystic ovaries and infertility.
It is due to hormonal imbalances. Treatment--
healthy diet and regular exercise is recommended for all women with pcos.
If overweight, reduce your weight. Medications includes-birth control pills to regulate menstruation, insulin-sensitizing medications, ovulation induction to treat infertility or androgen-blocking medications.
