Hi, a well balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin d and protein will help. Osteoporosis is usually seen in women at old age. You are too young for it. Please reconfirm if it is osteopenia or porosis from your doctor. Whole milk buffalo's, curd, paneer, egg, shell fishes and fatty fishes, chicken, sesame seeds (til seeds), dark green leafy vegetables, ragi will help. Sun bath of 15-20 minutes daily will help.

Dear mam, cancer arises from cells within out body. The cells become uncontrolled and autonomous and cause symptoms like lumps, bleeding, ulceration, abnormal weight loss, fever, altered bowel habits etc. These symptoms may be due to other diseases as well but only if they continue for a long period like over a month or so, seek medical advice.

Hello,
with the description of the symptoms, I feel she is bothered by left lower limb pain. Since mri is normal for her age, we are ruling out disc and related issues. Ideally a through examination will be needed, for now stretching exercises and muscle strengthening exercises will improve her balance and give her more confidence to mobilize. Non pharmaceutical measures of pain management like ift, tens, ust etc should be tired under physiotherapy supervision.
