Walk for about 2-3 km/day or till your pain allows you is advisable.
You also need to continue with intensive knee exercises maybe initially under supervision of physiotherapist.
Also keep your calcium & Vitamin d metabolism right.

Dear, it is not your age for knee pain anyhow get it properly checked and consult a orthopedic surgeon who will guide you properly. You can take tendocare one tab tds for 15 days with calcium and d3 sachets and glucosamine tablet twice daily. And do morning walk regularly and knee exercises with yoga in routine, you will be fine.

Hello, there are several causes of joint pain such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sprains, strain, bursitis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc. Please share more of your symptoms so that I can make diagnosis. Now you can take rhus tox. 200, 5 drops in the morning and bryonia 200, 5 drops daily evening.
