Hello,
varicose veins appearing in the legs is common in pregnancy. There reasons include 1. Increased fluid in the body because of the pregnancy, 2. Pressure from the large uterus on the pelvic veins 3. Yes you can have a normal delivery provided reason for operation was not anatomical, your doctor will have to monitor you all through labor process lasting about 12 hours, take help of medicines to augment labor pains, and it will be a team work of doctor, nurses, baby doctor, by 1 and half years internal stitches are healed well and there is no risk of them breaking during labor pains.

You are nine months pregnant. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.

Yes if the sugar is within control it little affects the pregnancy. One can go for normal delivery if the conditions are favourable.

Dear user. SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH PREGNANT WOMEN is not advisable during the first three months and the last three months of pregnancy. You can have sexual intercourse during the middle three months of pregnancy but only after permission from your gynecologist. Take care.

There is no specific diet for normal delivery as such.in general in pregnancy we advise high protein diet rich in calcium & iron. Good nutritious balanced diet .normal delivery or not will be depend on baby's weight, position,maternal pelvis, liquor other mother medical condition ,fetal condition which will be assessed by doc at term.

The scars are actually stretch marks. Hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods.
