Definitely, There will not be cancer as you suspected but if you are experiencing what you said, consult a doctor. Do a tvs scan to know whether copper t is in position. If not please remove it.

6 weeks or 40 days like our grannies suggested too, years ago.
this is the time taken for uterus and other reproductive organs to get back to normal size of before pregnancy
if delivery is operative, internal stitches take about 2 months to heal though from outside on abdomen, it looks like a clean stitch line.

It depends on type of placenta previa. And repeat scan at 32 weeks gives clear pic of proper position of placenta. Mode of delivery depends on clinical symptoms, type, bleeding during delivery other fetal factor. Done think too much on that. Take rest absolutely.
