It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

There and no such precaution for that. it depends on position of baby, scar thickness, pelvis outlet and other factors.
If your pregnancy is doing fine then you can ask your gyne. if she suggest for some exercise you can do.
do not do any such exercise without your doctors advice as it may harm you or the baby.

Hello, you should keep a gap of at least 3 years so that the c-section scar can heal adequately and for a vbac, the scar thickness should be more than 2.5mm to avoid rupture.
